Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead market development for our hospital consumables. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong B2B relationships, and expanding our presence in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products


• Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors.


• Conduct business-to-business transactions and negotiations.


• Travel outside Accra to explore new markets and strengthen client relationships.


• Provide regular market reports and feedback to management.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• Proven experience in sales/marketing (prior experience in the health industry is an advantage).


• Must hold a valid driving license.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.


• Willingness to travel extensively.
