Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all service lines.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C and B2B sales targets.
- Lead, recruit, train, and performance-manage sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Establish KPIs, monitor sales activity, and coach teams to exceed performance goals.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility across all customer channels.
