JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payables/receivables, general ledger and bank reconciliations


• Participate in regular tax audits and payrol 


• Oversee the preparations of periodic financial statements


• Ensure that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.


• Assist external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audits


• Coordinate the preparation of the corporate tax return


• Manage month-end and year-end closing


• Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures


• Identifies and recommend updates to accounting processes and procedures


• Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent management and supervisory skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Masters degree in Accounting or Business Administration required


• Five years or more of related experience required


• Final level of ACCA / CIMA / ICA
