• Numeracy;
• Computer Literacy: Application of Network including the Internet, Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills;
• A good knowledge in clearly defined standards and quality which are specified by building regulations;
• Ensuring that contractor’s works are performed according to project specification, budget and schedule;
• Effective Cost estimation and control of construction and other related works;
• Effective Engineering, Construction and Project management in the field of construction and other related management fields;
• Effective planning and coordinating of Construction and Engineering works or projects for successful delivery;
• Effective field supervision and quality control;

Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting senior members of the team in the day to day management and delivery of projects;
- Preparing of detailed Bill of Quantities for Plumbing, HVAC (AC), Sewage Treatment, Firefighting systems, civil, mechanical and general construction works;
- Carry out site visits/inspections;
- Manage the costs on a construction project and help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget;
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project;
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation;
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly;
- Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project;
- Measure and value the work done on site and submit contractors claims for payment;
- Monitor construction works to ensure that quality is achieved;
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Be a liaison between the company and our clients
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Process client orders and assign maintenance technicians to clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
