• Provide daily directions and communications to all employees so that customer service calls are answered on a timely, efficiently and knowledgeable manner


• Provides continual evaluation of process and procedures.


• Responsible for suggesting methods to improve operations. Efficiency of service to both internal and external customers


• Provide statistical and performance feedback coaching on regular basis to each team member


• Write and administer performance reviews


• Management of orders timely delivery of jobs


• Management and supervision of debtors’ accounts


• Training and development of new hires and existing branch members


• Communication of branch needs daily to admin officer


• Liaise with optometrist and ophthalmologist


• Proper cordial coordination of all supporting departments
