We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant who is going to ensure effectiveness of operations with various utilities management and provide assurance to management on the alignment of overall structures.
- Responsible for the day-to-day Utilities Operations (Utilities Maintenance, Automation & Control) to ensure smooth manufacturing operation
- Reviewing utilities consumption and striving to minimize costs
- Monitoring the progress of operations and resolving issues should any arise
- Identify key risk issues and make recommendations
- Able to analyze company records to ensure compliance to statutory requirements/regulations.
