Description
Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects and campaigns. This role ensures timely delivery of marketing activities, compliance with brand standards, and efficient management of media, suppliers, and departmental records to achieve sales and transactional targets. The coordinator will also analyze data and contribute creative marketing ideas to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in organizing, planning, and coordinating marketing projects.
- Support the successful opening of new stores from a marketing perspective.
- Ensure MRM (Marketing Review Meetings) and competitor reports are prepared and shared on time.
- Manage Out-of-Home (OOH) marketing activities to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to support campaign effectiveness and sales strategies.
- Develop creative marketing plans and ideas to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure all supplier invoices are submitted, signed, and paid promptly.
- Maintain records and manage departmental expenses accurately.
- Oversee media management to support sales and transaction objectives for all campaigns.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all levels (OOH, media, in-store).
- Assist the department in achieving sales and transactional targets for campaigns.
- Manage supplier relationships including contract management, timely execution of activities, and payments.
