Business Development Manager

Qualification, Skills & Experience Required

• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields


• Excellent writing and communication skills


• Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients


• Good listening and problem-solving skills


• Time management skills


• Critical thinking skills


• Ability to identify potential leads


• Ability to create company intro and pitch for service or product demo


• Ability to write pitches for email and social media platforms


• Do cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns


• Send campaigns and schedule appointments with interested parties


• Arrange meetings for prospective clients with the top management of the company


• Continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators


• Strong knowledge of social media platforms


• Ability to use MS Excel for contact generation


• Knowledge of research and strategy


• Knowledge of marketing, strategic management, and business planning

Duties

• Generate sales leads and promote business growth


• Client service support to key account/stakeholder accounts.


• Meet targets for revenue generation and strategic objectives on assigned accounts


• Implementation of offline/online marketing activities for products and services.


• Work with new and existing B2B and B2C clients to identify additional market opportunities


• Build relationships with industry leaders and self-operators.


• Attend industry conferences


• Be proficient in all round industry knowledge who have need for our customized solutions.


• Participate in team building activities


• Friendly, knowledgeable, and represents our business professionally


• Be an active member of the business team and provide leadership
