Description
Lead all maintenance operations across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities, ensuring timely preventive and corrective actions.
Manage contractors and service providers (HVAC, fire systems, lifts, etc.), ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and minimal operational disruption.
Oversee maintenance budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including regular inspections, audits, and emergency system testing.
Coordinate with internal teams (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office) to resolve issues quickly and enhance the guest experience.
