Description
- Develop plan and budget of all activities to be undertaken during the year and execute to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Ensure product quality and food safety in accordance with company’s Food Safety Management Systems
- Lead Food Safety Team to ensure food safety management system meets international certification requirements
- Review and update standard operating procedures to ensure effective document control
- Ensure that non-conforming products are properly managed to prevent product contamination, possible customer complaint or product recall
- Develop recipes based on customer requirements
