Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Officer with a strong background in manufacturing
operations to oversee and optimize production processes in our perfume and cosmetics facility. The ideal
candidate will have a scientific or accounting background, hands-on experience in factory production, and
a keen eye for efficiency and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Supervision:


• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production of fragrances,cosmetics, and related products.


• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA,


• R&D, Logistics).


• Implement production schedules to meet targets while maintaining quality standards.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.


• Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and safety regulations in production processes.


• Maintain accurate documentation (batch records, SOPs) for audits and traceability.

Quality Assurance & Cost Control:

• Collaborate with QA teams to uphold product consistency and resolve production issues.


• Monitor raw material usage, minimize waste, and optimize inventory levels.


• Assist in budgeting and cost analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Training:

• Supervise production staff, provide technical guidance, and enforce safety protocols.


• Conduct training sessions on new equipment, procedures, or compliance updates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: HND/BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in production/factory operations
Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of batch processing, filling/packaging lines, and quality control.


• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and production software.


• Basic financial acumen (costing, inventory management) for accounting-trained candidates.
