·        Conduct daily inventory checks before and after daily operations.

·        Deliver monthly report on stock levels and providing timely inventory discrepancies (excesses or shortages) 

·        Review and plan operational activities.

·        Receive consignments and storing according to operational arrangement.

·        Review orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

·        Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

·        Ensure basic warehouse maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

·        Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

·        Supervisee and ensure staff comply to warehouse safety standards

·        Train new staff on various warehouse processes and procedures.

·        Supervise and ensure accurate and timely picking, loading and dispatch of consignments per received requests.

·        Monitor stock levels of products within the zone, through periodic stock taking.
