The Senior Manager - MEP is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and quality assurance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the project. This position ensures MEP installations comply with specifications, codes, and industry standards. 
Key Responsibilities 
Review and approve all MEP design drawings, specifications, and schedules prepared by consultants 
Ensure MEP designs comply with applicable electrical codes, plumbing standards, and mechanical guidelines 
Monitor MEP material specifications for quality and compliance with standards 
Supervise MEP installations including material storage, handling, and construction sequencing 
Conduct regular site inspections of MEP work and verify compliance to specifications 
Manage MEP punch-list items and final compliance verification 
Support Project Manager in MEP-related communications with consultants and clients 

Required Qualifications 
Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electrical Engineering 
Minimum 15-18 years of experience in MEP design, installation, or supervision 
Strong knowledge of electrical codes (Indian Electricity Act), plumbing standards, and mechanical guidelines 
Experience with building MEP systems in educational facilities (preferred) 
Proficiency in MEP design and coordination software 
Understanding of building automation systems and sustainable MEP solutions (preferred)
