We are Hiring a sales manager for our electronic appliance company. the sales manager must have experience with key account management, and modern trade institutions.

Key Account Management: Handle relationships with large-format retail stores (Melcomm,Jumia,Jiji,Electromart,Chinamall etc.) and drive joint business plans.
Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve category growth and revenue targets.
Product Placement & Visibility: Ensure strong in-store presence of appliances through planogram adherence, display strategies, and marketing tie-ups.
Government Licensing & Compliance: Ensure all operations and product placements comply with regulatory norms and licensing requirements, especially around electronic goods.
Promotions & Activations: Plan and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and bundling strategies in coordination with retail partners.
Inventory & Supply Coordination: Coordinate with internal supply teams to manage stock availability and replenishment cycles.
