High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role (preferred). Valid security license/certification as per local regulations. Good observational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods. Basic knowledge of security systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and act appropriately in stressful situations. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description :

  Monitor and patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe behavior.

  Control access to the premises by verifying identification and logging visitors.

  Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

  Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches.

  Write accurate incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.

  Ensure all security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems) is functioning properly.

  Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  Provide assistance and directions to staff and visitors when needed.

  Cooperate with law enforcement, emergency services, and management during incidents.
