Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security systems (e.g., CCTV)

JOB SUMMARY

The Investigations Officer is responsible for conducting thorough and objective investigations into security incidents, employee misconduct, fraud, and other breaches within the organization or client sites. The role requires the collection and analysis of evidence, preparation of detailed reports, and the provision of actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence. The ideal candidate must demonstrate high integrity, discretion, and strong analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Conduct investigations into incidents including theft, fraud, misconduct, and security breaches.


• Gather, analyze, and preserve evidence (physical, digital, and testimonial).


• Interview suspects, witnesses, and relevant persons to establish facts.


• Review CCTV footage, access logs, and other surveillance data as part of investigations.


• Prepare accurate, detailed, and confidential investigation reports with findings and recommendations.


• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities when necessary.


• Support disciplinary processes by providing factual investigation outcomes.


• Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective and preventive measures.


• Maintain proper documentation and case files for all investigations conducted.


• Ensure all investigations comply with legal requirements and company policies.


• Mount periodic but strategic patrols day/night, build up knowledge based on various facilities and assess guard discipline and performance, and challenges on the ground for appropriate action.


• Endeavour to build and deepen positive relationship with the network of our numerous clienteles to ensure sustainability of contracts at all times.
