The GSE Composite Index increased by 2.09 points (+0.08%) due to gains in UNIL (+9.92%) to close the session at 2,750.15 with a year-to-date return of 41.64% while the market capitalization inched up by 0.03% to settle at GH¢62.74 billion.

The GSE Financial Index stayed flat to close at 1,909.91 with a year-to-date return of 7.13% while the SAS Manufacturing Index advanced by 33.49 points (+2.13%) to close at 1,605.31 with a year-to-date return of -5.64%.

Trading Activity waned as 53,207 shares valued at GH¢109,313 changed hands from 5,623,223 shares valued at GH¢7,130,144 in the previous session. MTNGH dominated trades by volumes, accounting for 41.11% of the total volumes traded while UNIL dominated trades by value, accounting for 68.01% of the total value traded.
We anticipate activity levels to increase.
