Experience & Qualifications -Minimum 10–15 years progressive experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or Organisational Development -Proven experience working in mission-driven organisations, NGOs, cultural institutions, or complex enterprises -Demonstrated experience supporting multi-entity or scaling organisations -Strong track record of building HR and people systems from the ground up -Deep working knowledge of Ghanaian labour law and HR best practice -Experience managing sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion -Strong organisational judgement and emotional intelligence -Excellent stakeholder communication skills across staff, management, and executive levels -Strong systems thinking ability with high attention to detail -Ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on operational HR execution
