Technical Requirements
Develop and implement group-wide People & Culture strategies aligned to institutional mission and growth
Design organisational structures, reporting frameworks, and role clarity across multiple entities
Build and manage performance management systems (KPIs, review cycles, feedback frameworks)
Develop and maintain HR policies compliant with Ghanaian labour law and international best practices
Lead end-to-end recruitment, structured onboarding, and talent development systems
Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design for long-term sustainability
Implement culture stewardship frameworks translating values into daily operational behaviours
Ensure HR compliance across contracts, benefits, leave management, and workplace safety
Provide strategic HR advisory support to executive leadership and management teams
