Our client is an International Manufacturing Powerhouse. The company now seeks a high caliber HR Manager for its Manufacturing Plant in Adeiso (on the Nsawam Road).

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.


• Manage the recruitment and selection process.


• Conduct employee orientation and training programs.


• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.


• Administer compensation and benefits programs.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.


• Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.


• Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
