About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading global asset management firm to recruit a highly skilled professional to spearhead their expansion in Ghana and the African region. This is a strategic role for an experienced wealth manager, private banker, or financial advisor with strong connections among High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, institutions, and family offices.

The selected candidate will join through our strategic partner in Ghana and operate with entrepreneurial flexibility while leveraging global expertise, premium investment solutions, and robust institutional support.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Drive fundraising efforts by raising a minimum of USD 5 million in Assets Under Management (AUM) from HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, and institutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Build long-term investor relationships and strategic alliances with financial institutions, family offices, and distribution partners.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver tailored investment advisory, portfolio management, and estate planning services in line with local regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Engage with regulators and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with global teams to share market insights, performance updates, and expansion strategies.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify local firms with regulatory licenses for offshore fund marketing and build a compliant distribution network.

  
  

Who You Are

• 
  

  A highly connected financial professional with 5+ years in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or family offices.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record in asset raising, fundraising, and client relationship management.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of estate planning, investment advisory, and trust structuring.

  
  


• 
  

  Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

  
  


• 
  

  Financial certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CAIA are an advantage but not mandatory.
