We are seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead the culinary direction and execution at Asaase Kitchen. This is a senior position, responsible not only for managing kitchen operations but for shaping the entire food philosophy of the brand. The Head Chef will set the creative tone, uphold culinary excellence, and serve as a mentor, innovator, and ambassador for everything Asaase stands for.

• Design, develop, and evolve a signature menu that fuses tradition with innovation


• Champion flavor, aesthetics, and originality in every dish served


• Stay ahead of culinary trends and drive ongoing menu innovation


• Lead and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from prep to service

• Set and maintain exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation


• Optimize kitchen systems for efficiency, cleanliness, and safety


• Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships with a strategic eye

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure the food offering aligns with Asaase Kitchen’s mission and vision


• Represent the brand at culinary events, in media appearances, or with partners when needed


• Work closely with the front-of-house and marketing teams to create a unified guest experience
