Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate clients, events, conferences, and group bookings).


• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients.


• Actively promote hotel services, packages, and special offers.


• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

 

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.


• Handle client inquiries, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

 

Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors to identify trends and opportunities.


• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.


• Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

 

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.


• Maintain accurate client records and sales data.


• Track performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.

 

Collaboration

• Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Events teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
