2. Sales Process & Negotiation:
Prepare and present price quotes, offers, and purchase agreements.
Negotiate sales terms (price, trade-in value) to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
3. Product & Market Knowledge:
Maintain expert-level knowledge of the vehicles sold (specifications, features, technology).
Stay informed about competitor models, local market trends, and automotive industry developments.
Understand financing options, lease structures, warranties, and insurance products to facilitate introductions to the F&I department.
4. Relationship & Follow-Up Management:
Build and maintain a prospect database using the dealership's CRM system.
Conduct consistent follow-up with potential customers via phone, email, and text.
Nurture long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with the service and parts departments.
