Job Summary
Our IT consulting firm based in Accra is looking for a top-notch, highly motivated Bid Executive to join our team. The Bid Executive is responsible for managing the entire bid process to ensure high-quality, winning bids are submitted on time. This role involves coordinating bid activities, preparing bid documents, and ensuring that bids meet client requirements and deadlines, and involves coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that bids are competitive and compliant with all regulations and guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
Lead in the preparation of bid responses, including drafting and compiling content, and ensuring adherence to bid specifications alongside coordinating bid activities, and managing deadlines to ensure timely submission of proposals.
Prepare, format, and proofread bid documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Maintain a repository of bid documentation, templates, and standard responses alongside ensuring all bid documents are stored and managed in accordance with organizational policies.
Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, REOIs, and ITTs to understand client requirements and evaluation criteria and ensure bid responses are compliant with client specifications and organizational standards.
Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to gather input and feedback on bid submissions and provides progress updates to relevant parties.
Assist in preparing post-bid presentations, gathers and analyzes feedback to improve future bids, and participates in debriefings to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform bid strategies and stays updated on industry best practices to incorporate into bid processes and documentation.
