Accra (Operational Hotel):
• Grow business from corporate, diplomatic, private, and institutional clients. • Identify decision-making structures (local and international) and ensure the hotel is appropriately positioned within each. • Ensure the hotel is actively registered and visible across supplier platforms and procurement portals used by key clients. • Monitor activity from corporate accounts and support structured engagement to maintain and increase bookings (rooms and MCE).
Tamale (New Opening - Pre-Launch & Growth):
• Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the new property. • Define and deliver a path to achieve agreed occupancy targets over the first 18 months. • Build a foundational client base, particularly among relevant corporates, NGOs, and regional institutions. • Address administrative and procurement requirements to ensure early visibility with target clients.
Group-Level:
• Track all client-facing activity, proposals, registrations, and business wins across both hotels. • Coordinate with marketing to ensure messaging and content are aligned with commercial priorities. • Work closely with revenue and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted client expectations. • Analyse market data to guide focus and identify new revenue opportunities.
